  • Reference: the concert date, e.g. 8 AUG

Then show the payment-successful screen in your banking app at the ticket desk — that’s your ticket. Cash is welcome too.

Koha — free concerts

Some of our concerts (like the Sinfonietta’s) are free entry, koha welcome. Give whatever feels right to the same account above, using:

  • Particulars: KOHA
  • Code: your surname
  • Reference: the concert date

Koha is a donation to a registered charity (CC33527), so it’s tax-deductible — you can claim a third of it back from the IRD. Email admin@wyos.org.nz for a receipt.

Committee: confirm this payment coding with the treasurer before printing the posters. The TICKETS/KOHA split keeps taxable ticket revenue separate from tax-deductible donations in the bank statement.
